Alexandria Nicole Cellars

Alexandria Nicole Cellars (ANC) is one of the largest family owned and operated estate wineries in Washington. I had the pleasure of joining their team in Woodinville in 2013 as the Social Media Director, promoting the winery, estate vineyard, and events through new and existing social platforms. In 2014 I was promoted to manage operations of their Woodinville Tasting Room in the Hollywood Hill district. I led the strategy and execution of sales, operations, events, and people. Below are a few projects that I directed and/or supported on execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developed strategic and engaging social media strategy to promote the winery and vineyard stories.

    Results:

    Increased social media following on existing networks - Facebook, Instagram, Youtube - as well as launching new networks such as Pinterest.

  • Responsible for employee management, wine club and wine sales growth, inventory and event management.

    Results:

    Increased Sales Revenue by 30% year over year

    Organized and implemented the 1st Annual Hollywood Hill Block Party (see next page).

    Increased Wine Club Memberships by roughly 200 members each year

Wine Dodgeball

As the winery grew, so did the team. At the time of this video there were now 3 tasting rooms across Washington State. In an effort to spend some time connecting our team, Woodinville’s team arrived at the winery to surprise the other tasting room teams with a special event: Wine Balloon Dodgeball. The idea was adapted from our Harvest Party event “Wine Balloon Toss” where participants put on rain suits and do a traditional balloon toss but with the water balloons filled with wine. Being the competitive types we are, we decided to take it up a notch with a friendly game of dodgeball.
